CODE: the ethics lab

For Coaches

October 17-19, 2025

Coaching with Clarity, Integrity, and Impact

Are you a coach who wants to build a thriving practice without compromising your values? CODE is a concise, hands-on lab designed to help you define, refine, and embody the ethical framework that will guide your coaching business.

WHY CODE exists…

I was thrilled to join a coaching community where I finally felt seen, supported, and connected. I built a thriving network of business besties, people who shared the same passion for coaching with integrity.

Then it happened. Clients began to voice concerns that the company felt more like a money grab than a mission-driven community. I watched discussions unfold online, and it became clear: the real impact wasn’t just on the brand’s reputation—it was on coaches’ confidence in themselves. Smart, funny, heart-centered coaches questioned whether they could coach with integrity, profit, and purpose.

They wondered if their brands could truly reflect accessibility, sustainability, honest marketing, anti-racism, feminism, and deep empathy for their clients and teams.

Coaching is a calling. Done right, it’s deeply loving and impactful—but you cannot achieve profit-values alignment by copying others

You need your own ethical blueprint, your own playbook.

CODE: The Ethics Lab Intensive for Coaches helps you clarify your mission, vision, and values—so you can build a practice that is ethical, profitable, and true to who you are.

Don’t leave corporate social responsibility to chance. Join the movement for better coaching.

Meet the Founder & the Studio behind CODE

About CODE’s Founder
I’m Dr. Hadiya Sewer, a philosopher, brand ethicist, and the CEO & Founder of The Ouroboros House, a boutique consultancy and design studio based in the U.S. Virgin Islands. For over a decade, I’ve helped leaders, coaches, and founders in the public and private sectors clarify their values and build practices that are both principled and profitable through art, social impact, and business advisory work.

I’ve seen that clarity around ethics isn’t just “nice to have”—it’s the foundation of lasting impact, trust, and sustainable growth. That’s why I created CODE: a rigorous, relational lab where coaches make ethics a daily practice.

About The Ouroboros House
The Ouroboros House partners with conscious CEOs and teams to articulate and embody their mission, vision, and values and set actionable CSR/ESG goals. We blend strategy and design to translate your philosophy into impeccable branding, messaging, and customer experience—so your business is as ethical as it is profitable.

What clients say about working with Dr. Hadiya Sewer at the Ouroboros House —

Latoya Bell, Esq.,

Script, Executive Coaching

I had no idea how to articulate the value of service that I was providing and that meant that I couldn't speak to my ideal client. I was excited about getting the clarity I needed to propel my business forward. The experience was soul-shifting! It was immersive, specific, efficient, and empowering. I felt like Hadiya deeply understood my problems. She was attuned to my language, my experience, and my needs.

savanah Loftus,

Savanah willow Co.

"I could copy, paste her powerful CV and list radical, heart centered accolades that illustrate how dope she is academically and professionally. An activist, former Stanford professor, scholar, philosopher, art collector, aborisha, psychic medium, spiritual boss, visionary, leading the rebirth of a brave decolonial new world and all while Mothering her two beautiful children. My favorite part of all her magic is her compassionate heart, the gentle way she delivers hard to receive truths."

Kierra Asnauskas,

Miss Unconventional

It was immediately clear that you have a gift of discernment. Your approach was gentle, intentional, mindful, and informative. I was surprised by how aligned it all felt once the words started flowing from your mouth. I felt seen. I was surprised by how spot on you were and how I could use the information you gave me to navigate the challenges and decisions I was facing. It felt like you were giving me an ethical cheat code. I would 100% recommend you without reservation. In fact, I plan to recommend you to my best friend.
